The Vibe:
Created as a personal project.
The name Fika (Fee-ka) is Swedish, meaning ‘spending quality time with friends and colleagues sharing a cup of coffee (or tea) accompanied with pastries’. This picturesque cafe, located in Puyallup, WA, has a family vibe with the finest local produce and delicious coffee.
Created as a personal project, the inspiration for the brand's redesign came from a Swedish drawing of flowers. The custom illustration of the three flowers in the logo, signify unity. Soft pastel colors and the usage of sans-serif fonts sets the calm mood throughout the design.
